Had Murray's tow our Tesla to a dealer, Roosy came with the truck , he was helpful and knowledgeable about Teslas tow mode and electronics to move the car easily. Easy to schedule towing and received a quote ahead. Able to pay by Venmo or credit card, car was delivered promptly. Highly recommend Murray's .

My son had car accident and Murray's took care of the tow. I dealt with Katie who was extremely professional and was a huge help in making it easy to move his car to our body shop which was an hr away

Twice my junk cars have been towed (2024 & 2026) by Murray’s towing and both times Fran, who I believe is the owner, has worked with me to come to a reasonable arrangement (btw both times I reached out 2-3 months after the tow date). Even though he didn’t have to, and could have profited greatly off of my illegal parking, he waived all the fees the first time, and the majority the second time, as well as cancelling the court process for vehicle abandonment in the same hour that I had reached out. As far as I can tell from my interactions , Fran is someone with integrity who won’t exploit someone in an unfavorable position, and instead is someone who is upfront about the process he follows and is even willing to make concessions (waiving fees) after hearing the situation. Based on my experiences, I would recommend Murray’s towing to anyone who asked me.

I want to sincerely thank Murray’s Towing for their outstanding service. After calling every towing company in Burlington and Woburn with no luck, Murray’s was the only one that responded right away — and they arrived within 30 minutes. Our tow truck driver, Zack, was exceptional. His communication was excellent, and he was caring, patient, and very flexible. What truly stood out was how delicately and respectfully he handled our car. We’ve had tow truck drivers in the past who were rough and rushed, but Zack treated our vehicle with real care, making sure everything was done safely and gently. I also want to highlight how impressive Murray’s equipment is — their trucks are brand-new, clean, and extremely well-kept. It gave us even more confidence that our car was in the right hands. Recently had my car towed which is a stressful experience but everyone at Murray's was great. The woman I spoke with about payment was super helpful, I also talked to Chris who was wonderful, and the driver was really awesome with some small kids at the location my car was towed to. Great job guys

My truck broke down in Everett, Ma on an extremely tight street, From the time i called Murray’s towing to the time their heavy driver was at my location was just under 30 minutes. Exceptional service, fast and reliable. Definitely will be doing business with them in the future!

Murray’s towing’s driver and the front desk manager are very polite helpful and on points. I went there to handover the rights to insurance for the car that’s been stored in their lot. The driver was quick to answer the call and also help me remove the items from the car. Great services, friendly people.

I was in a pickle with a Jeep stuck in deep snow, far down an unplowed service road, with daylight fading fast, and AAA refusing to help. But, then Murray's appeared minutes after I called like some archangel with golden flashing lights! They didn't bat an eye at my 'hopeless' predicament, and quickly bailed me out with grace, humor, and expert skill! They are the real deal and I can't thank them enough...
